The orders are sent from our offices in carefully marked radiation sensitive packaging by USPS. All custom-made items are specific for that animal and cannot be resold. All products are shipped by USPS because the postal service is the only carrier that will respect “DO NOT X-RAY” labels attached to the packages.

1.Within the USA you have your choice of Priority + Delivery Confirmation - the most economical- which takes from 5 working days (within California) to 7 working days to the East Coast. Or you can choose Express Mail (faster delivery, but more expensive), signature not required. This generally takes from 2 working days (within California) to 3 working days to the East Coast.
